Due to the success of The Chop Shop, which is syndicated all over the US, he started another syndicated show called "Classic Rock Live."

Hightower
Hightower was born in Biloxi, MS., the son of an Air Force career officer.  After calling many places home, he landed in the "D" 15 years ago and has been loving it ever since.  After an attempt to achieve higher education at Wayne State, things were not moving quick enough, so he made the move to Specs Howard.  He landed an internship at the WRIF in 2004, and has been rocking here ever since.

Ron Crichton
Ron was born and raised in Oxford, MI. After high school he went to Michigan State University and then bounced around the country with stops in Indianapolis and Las Vegas. However, he soon realized he didn’t like Jeff Gordon or the desert so he came back to Detroit to live his dream of becoming a rock star!! Unfortunately for Ron, he can’t play an instrument or carry a tune in a bucket…so he did the next best thing and got an internship at the WRIF. Now, since he won’t leave the building, we’ve decided to put him on air during the weekends to get some use out of him!

Jade Springart
Jade grew up in South Lyon, MI. After high school, she started taking classes towards a communications degree. When she started interning for Greater Media's promotions team in 2007, she knew radio was what she wanted to do. She gradually worked her way on the air at WRIF, and when she's not working you can find her hanging out with her friends, enjoying life.

Andy Green
Andy Green is new here at WRIF. By day, he haunts the WRIF hallways with his weirdness scouring the internet for all of the most twisted content to serve to you in The WRIF Man Cave. By night, he dwells in his grandmother's basement, surviving on little more than tasty rock and dirty Werther's Originals, washing them down with wine he brewed in a toilet! From time to time we unshackle him and allow him to take to the airwaves.

Lynn Koon
Lynn was raised up north, in the small town of Evart Michigan. Wanting to break free from the chains of small town life, Lynn took her passion for music and set her sights on Detroit rock city. She attended Specs howard school of media arts, and immediately following graduation she began an internship with Greater Media Detroit. At greater media detroit she worked various positions, before landing her first on air gig at the almighty WRIF. Lynn is a cancer, loves long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners.
