Come out and help support family members who have diganosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

DMD is a rapidly progressive form of muscular dystrophy that occurs primarily in boys caused by an alteration in a gene. Often occurs in people from fami-lies without a known family history of the condition. People with DMD have progressive loss of muscle function and weakness. Predictions indicate that there will be a cure or viable treatment by 2015/2016 for Duchenne, but funding is needed for research.

In recent years, a 7 year old boy was diagnosed. Since that diagnosis they have had several Macomb Area Fundraisers, build a MDA Mascot Vintage Harley, and have been able to assist a few families in the Macomb Area.

The need to reach out to our community and supporters is never more needed as it is now.

Family fun all day, gifts, prizes and more!
