Five Finger Death Punch has released the official video for "Battleborn," the first single from its upcoming "The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 2."
The clip, which mixes performance and backstage footage as well as images of fans and military and law enforcement personnel, is showing first at USAToday.com as well as at the band’s website.
Drummer Jeremy Spencer tells us the song is a good first indicator of what fans will hear on "The Wrong Side of Heaven..." sequel, but he adds that there's little that separates the two albums from each other:
“I really can't say anything is different...You can interchange any song from either one. If you're a fan of the first one you're gonna dig the second one, and if you weren't you're probably not gonna like this one."
The first volume of "The Wrong Side of Heaven..." debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 in July and also topped the Hard Rock and Rock charts. “Vol. 2" is due out November 19.
Five Finger Death Punch is in the midst of a North American headlining tour that wraps on October 27. The band will be part of the Shiprocked cruise out of Miami starting January 26, then heads to Australia for the Soundwave Festival tour in February.
