Godsmack is offering fans a first little taste -- emphasis on little -- of its upcoming album "1000hp." The group has posted a 26-second teaser of the title track and first single online, with a release to radio slated for June 9 and an iTunes on-sale the following day. "1000hp" is still awaiting a firm release date but is the follow-up to 2010's "The Oracle," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured the hits "Whiskey Hangover," "Cryin' Like a Bitch" and "Love-Hate-Sex-Pain." Godsmack will co-headline the Monster Energy Aftershock Festival on September 14 in Sacramento, Calif., with more live dates expected to be announced soon.
