1. Why have I not received my email?
Is the email in your SPAM/Junk folder?
Browse through their mail folders. Different email
services use different types of SPAM filtering.
E-mail deliverability is largely dependent on how
the email provider sets up their filtering process.
To ensure deliverability, make sure to add our email
address to their friends or contacts list.
Did you give us permission to receive emails from
you?

2. I am listed as unsubscribed. How do I subscribe
back into the club in order to receive newsletters?

1. Why do I see YOUR SESSION HAS EXPIRED when I
login?
Often, the problem is the high level of privacy on
the browser settings. If the setting is too high it
does not allow cookies to be set. To check:
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
MEDIUM or lower allows cookies.
Also, if you have the welcome back page as one of
your “favorites” that will result in the same error
message.
2. Why do I get an error on the LOGIN page?
As above, in order to log in to CyberCrew Pages, you must
allow cookies to on their machine. In Internet
Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options ->Privacy
Tab and check to see where the slider bar is placed.
If it is set to High or above, cookies will be
blocked. In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options ->
Privacy. Make sure the Allow Sites to set cookies is
checked.
3. Why do I get YOUR EMAIL IS INVALID page?
After our email system gets 3 returned emails from
your account, our system invalidates your email,
unless the error is MAIL BOX FULL or EXCEED QUOTA.
If your email address has been invalidated, when you
login , you will see a page stating your “email has
been invalidated” pops up along with the type of
error the mail server gave us. The options are to
either enter another email address or re-use the
same one if you think it was a mistake. After you
make changes, the WELCOME PAGE will appear.
4. Why do I get a MISSING INFORMATION page when I
log in to the club?
Some of your registration required fields are blank
and the system is asking you to answer them. Answer
the required questions and this page does not
appear.
5. Can I save the WELCOME BACK page on my favorites?
Unfortunately, this will not work properly with our
web servers.
6. Can I unsubscribe from receiving an email and
still access your club?
Yes! Unsubscribing prevents you from receiving any
emails but allows you to login and take part in
surveys or contests.

1. Why do I get an error on the REGISTRATION page?
In order to log in, you must allow cookies to be set
on your machine. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools
-> Internet Options ->Privacy Tab and check to see
where the slider bar is placed. If it is set to High
or above, cookies will be blocked. In Firefox, go to
Tools -> Options -> Privacy. Make sure the Allow
Sites to set cookies is checked.
2. I put in my birth date but it takes me to another
page, why?
You may be too young to enter our email club. There
are Federal rules which regulate the information we
can accept from minors.
3. I don’t have my own email address. Can I share
one with someone else?
No. Each registered listener has a unique ID and
that ID is attached to any contest in which you
participate. And, each email address can only be
used once, barring its use with another person.
4. I want to take part in your contest but I do not
want to receive any emails, is that possible?
Yes, when registering, just toggle the opted-in
questions to NO. Every time an email broadcast is
sent, the system automatically sends an email to
those that have opted-in only.

1. Why can’t I edit my profile when I login instead
of getting an email?
The simple reason is security. Having an email sent
to your email address is the most secure way for
them to update your profile.
2. If I change my email address, how can I get it
changed if an update email is sent to that closed
account?
